| What are the requirements to obtain a floorplan with City Auto Finance? |
| We require that you have a Automobile Dealer’s License and full coverage insurance. Also, we require some financial information such as personal credit reports, financial statements, tax returns, etc… |

| In what areas will you floorplan dealers? |
| We will floorplan dealers within a certain area of each of our branches. Please call our Memphis office with your location if you have questions. |

| Is City Auto Finance set up at most auctions? |
| City Auto Finance is currently being used at most auctions in the southeast. If there is an auction that City Auto Finance is not currently set up with, we should have no problems as we are recognized by most national auction chains. |
